S.M.S. Single Mums Support is a group run by parents for parents. It’s designed to support single mums in the Castlemaine region. The Maldon Lions club operates a op-shop in High Street, Maldon. We raise money for our local community, as well as running the Easter fair, Carols by candlelight and other events throughout the year.
Castlemaine Library is part of the Goldfields Libraries, and the only branch in Mt Alexander Shire. We provide 3 public internet computers, free WiFi access, access to colour copying, printing and scanning and regular weekly one-on-one IT help sessions.
